Shipping policy

  • Delivery: HK & Macau only
  • Free local delivery upon purchase of HK$1,000 (HK & Macau only).
  • Delivery Time : Purchased item will be delivered to designated commercial/residential address within 7 working days (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays) after receive Order Confirmation email.
  • Order cut-off time is 6:00pm on every working day (except Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays); orders made after 6:00pm will be considered as order made on the following working day.
  • Each order is for one delivery location (commercial/residential area); no delivery service for restricted areas and outlying islands.
  • Attention : If the delivery address is a residential address, please do not write company name on the recipient information.
  • For any unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect or incomplete information provided, JOY & PEACE will not be responsible for any refund or re-issue of goods. In case the parcel have been returned, additional surcharge will be applied for re-delivery.
  • For free-in-store exchange, we currently accept change of shoes size only. Please contact our customer service team at cs@joy-peace.com within 7 days from delivery. The returned item(s) must be unused and in its original packaging. Our customer service staff will inform you whether the returned goods have been accepted so that you can exchange the shoes at stores.

  • In-Store Collection Policy
    30-Day In-Store Holding Period: Items selected for in-store collection will be held at the designated retail location for 30 days from the date of the collection notification. If not collected within this period, the goods will be returned to our central warehouse. Customers must contact us to request a re-transfer back to the store for pickup.

    90-Day Abandonment Deadline: Any items remaining uncollected 90 days after the initial collection notification will be deemed abandoned. In such instances, the order will be forfeited, and the company reserves the right to dispose of or restock the items without further notice or refund.

    • 免運費只限香港及澳門地區
    • 送貨時間：貨品將於訂單確認電郵發出後的7個工作天內(不包括星期六、日及公眾假期)安排送遞。
    • 每日截單時間為下午6時正; 下午6時後的訂單將於下一個工作天處理。
    • 每張訂單只接受一個商業/住宅地址送貨點；送貨範圍不包括禁區及離島
    • 請注意: 若收件人地址為住宅地址,請不要在收件資料填寫公司名稱。
    • 如因訂購人提供不全面或不正確之資料而導致送遞遺失，JOY & PEACE 將不會負上任何責任、不會退還已繳付之款項及重新發出貨品。如貨件被退回而要再次送遞，需收取額外附加費。
    • 我們只接受更換鞋款尺碼，請於收到貨品起計7日內聯絡客服 cs@joy-peace.com，同時請保持商品全新包裝完整及單據正本，待客服確認後，您可帶同貨品及單據到門市，職員將會進行驗貨確認商品是否符合換貨標準。
    • 店內自取政策:
      30天店內保留期：       選擇店內自取的貨品將自取貨通知發出日起計，於店內保留 30天。逾期未取之貨品將退回至物流倉庫。如需重新安排取貨，客戶必須主動聯絡本公司要求重新調撥至門市。

      90天棄置期限： 自取貨通知發出日起計 90天 仍未提取之貨品，將被視為客戶放棄其擁有權。在此情況下，該訂單將被取消，本公司保留處理或重新上架相關貨品之權利，恕不另行通知，亦不設退款。
